Keep Blooming offers fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, gift sets, and add-ons for delivery or in-store pickup in Edmonton, Alberta.

• Fresh flowers are perishable. All arrangements are handcrafted to order using seasonally available flowers. Specific flower types and colours shown in product photos are representative. Substitutions of similar value and aesthetic may be made based on availability without notice.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where shown. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your confirmed order price will not be changed after purchase.
• Add-ons: Optional add-ons (vases, chocolates, cards, etc.) are priced and described separately. Their inclusion in your order is confirmed at checkout.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• All orders require a valid email address, phone number, and payment method.
• Order confirmation is sent to your email address upon successful payment. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
• Same-day orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local Edmonton time (MST). Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

• We currently deliver within Edmonton and select surrounding areas. Delivery zones and fees are shown during checkout. Full delivery details are available on our Delivery Info page.
• We will make one delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the flowers and no safe location is accessible, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer, inaccessible premises, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, etc.).
• Delivery dates and time windows are estimates. While we make every effort to meet committed times, exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

In-store pickup is available at our Edmonton locations during business hours. If you cannot collect your order on the selected date, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee flower freshness beyond 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of order confirmation.
• All card and payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is issued in another currency — we are not responsible for those fees.

Because our products are perishable, our returns policy has specific conditions. Please read our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Key points:

• Cancellations with full refund: more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date.
• If your order arrives with quality issues, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• We do not accept returns of delivered flowers for reasons other than quality defects.

• Creating an account is optional. You may check out as a guest.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@keepblooming.ca if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All content on this website — including photography, copy, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Keep Blooming or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Blooming's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times without interruption, error, or downtime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
